Upon the failure of a corroded steel balcony with concrete inlay, this client needed to find a solution to keep his tenants safe. Due to the long-lasting benefits of composite decking, and the need for less maintenance as a landlord, this client opted for Trex decking with a roof, making the space more usable and safer during rain and snowy months. To protect all exposed wood and increase the curb appeal, the client also decided on fully soffits and post wraps.
